This was one of the most efficient teams of doctors I've ever had. They asked precise questions and listened to my answers. They explained what they were doing, what I was seeing, theories on why it was happening. Then they went to consult with third and final member. When they returned I was presented with an explanation, possible solutions, answers to my questions and options. I was given time to decide. I didn't have to give my decision there and then. We scheduled a follow up appointment to later review and give my decision.

Also, when I had to have the procedure to look at my vocal cords, he took time to do the procedure and it was painless and not uncomfortable. I usually have difficulty with the procedure, but Dr. Sung is an expert! Much appreciated that he took the time. I highly recommend Dr. Sung to other people.
