Rev. Paul M. Fullmer, BCC
Paul Fullmer is a board-certified chaplain and ordained minister serving the Emergency Department at Stanford Hospital as well as Unit M4 and the Sequoia Patient Care Unit (PCU). Paul holds a PhD in Biblical Studies from the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California. Ordained in the Presbyterian Church (PCUSA), he served a congregation on the SF Bay Area before enjoying 12 years as interfaith Chaplain, Director of Community Service, and Adjunct Faculty Member at Lebanon Valley College (LVC) near Hershey, Pennsylvania. Paul came to health care chaplaincy via Stanford's Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) residency program. He then worked as Spiritual Care Counselor for Mission Hospice & Home Care before joining Stanford's Spiritual Care Services as a chaplain.
