Ive never talked to him yet when he hasn't been upbeat and positive. We go over any testing, we talk about any changes that are needed and agree on a plan. On my end Im taking notes of same. Our video visits are productive and seem to be the perfect platform to use if I don't have to have further testing. We decide on the next visit and after our video meeting ends, his nurse never fails to call with to set up the next appointment.
I love the efficiency of Dr. Pai and his staff. They have a very good routine.
