- Packard Children's Health Alliance (PCHA)
SHC, LPCH, SHCTV, SMP, and PCHA Processing
Lucile Packard Children's Hospital (LPCH) is a separately licensed hospital which shares in the overall mission and the campus of the Stanford University Medical Center. A majority of the practitioners at LPCH are also on the medical staff at SHC. Stanford Health Care provides some direct patient services to LPCH patients.
Practitioners in the following specialties must have privileges at SHC in order to be granted privileges at LPCH:
- All surgical specialties
- Pathology
- Radiology
- Radiation/Oncology
The Medical Staff Services Department uses an online program to manage credentialing and privileging applications. Learn more about this program.
Credentialing coordinators are assigned to practitioners to provide assistance throughout the credentialing process.
