Diabetes Care Program
Care for Complications
Your Diabetes Care Team
Our doctors, advanced practice providers, nurses, pharmacists, nutritionists, and other specialists collaborate daily on the best ways to care for each patient. Many of our doctors and nurses are also Certified Diabetes Educators®. This certification means they specialize in treating diabetes. Our experienced team works together to develop a personalized plan for you, with the latest therapies to manage diabetes.
With two convenient locations in the Bay Area, we make it easy to access the diabetes care and support you need. You can attend our Diabetes Education and Prevention classes in Palo Alto and Santa Clara. A third clinic in Emeryville will open in Spring 2018.
