Why visit the Hypertension Center to for high blood pressure? Can I self-refer?

We specialize in diagnosis and management of difficult-to-control or resistant hypertension. For patients with three or more drugs including a diuretic ("water pill"), intolerance to antihypertensive medications, suspicion for an underlying, correctable cause, or a strong family history of hypertension, consider a referral. Self-referrals are welcome.

I do not have a primary care physician, but am concerned about my hypertension. Can I still be seen at the Hypertension Center?

Please feel free to reach out to the Hypertension Center. Our  triage team will individually review your case and will customize your visit to a suitable specialist along with appropriate lab testing, if necessary.
