At the Post-Acute COVID-19 Syndrome (PACS) Clinic, we see patients who have tested positive for COVID-19 and are experiencing lingering symptoms for more than four weeks after infection. If a COVID test result isn't available, we also see people with classic COVID symptoms who were in close contact with someone who tested positive.
In post-acute COVID-19 syndrome, also known as long COVID, people experience a wide range of symptoms. These symptoms may affect multiple organ systems, including the heart, lungs, and brain. Some symptoms may be debilitating, while others may seem subtle or unrelated to COVID-19.
For some people, these are the same symptoms they experienced when they first became sick. For others, new and often confusing symptoms arise.
Our team includes doctors from multiple specialties who work together to treat all persistent symptoms, including, but not limited to:
General symptoms
- Fatigue and low energy
- Body aches
- Sleep problems
With one of the only autonomic testing labs on the West Coast, we evaluate involuntary nervous system processes, including heart rate and breathing.

- Difficulty exercising or doing other activities at your previous level
