Resilient Hearts Stroke Support Group
Resilient Hearts Stroke Support Group meets on the last Thursday of each month from 2-3:30 PM. Meetings are via Zoom.
The forum is open to stroke survivors, family members, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Guest speakers intermittently present on topics related to stroke recovery.
We’d love for you to be part of this group and help us build it as we go. We aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported.
