Support Group

Stroke Support Group for Stroke Survivors Only

Stroke Support Group for Stroke Survivors ONLY meets on the second Monday of each month from 2-3 PM. Most meetings are via Zoom, but the group meets in person quarterly. The meetings are facilitated by Janis Emery, RN and will be dedicated to open discussion between survivors.

​We’d love for you to be part of this group and help us build it as we go. We aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported.
