Support Group

Stroke Support Group for Stroke Survivors Only

Stroke Support Group for Stroke Survivors ONLY meets on the second Thursday of each month from 2-3:30 PM. Meetings are in person with an option to join via Zoom. The meetings are facilitated by Janis Emery, RN and will be dedicated to open discussion between survivors. We meet in the Emerald Room at our Dublin Location (4120 Dublin Blvd). 

​We’d love for you to be part of this group and help us build it as we go. We aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported.
