knowledgeable, efficient
This place is so amazing â ¤ï¸
It only took minutes to be seen by the doctor
Friendly and open for conversation. Probably the best part was that dr Forrester put my issues ( abdominal hernia and inquinal) into perspective; explaining the relative importance and time line of the procedure and recovery. Surgery proceeded as planed. Two weeks post surgery I had some concerns with fluid build up. That was the moment that the video conference worked well. I took the picture of my concern and was again assured about the process and was advised how to remedy the problem. ( I live 100 miles from Stanford) and the video consult was perfect. Great surgical and support team.
I am extremely pleased with Dr. Forrester. I am having a very good recovery post op. He was very thorough in addressing all my questions and concerns.
