Meetings are facilitated by certified diabetes educators from the Outpatient Nutrition & Diabetes Center at Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley. Guest speakers are invited to share information and practical tips for managing diabetes, complication and overall health. The goal is to help participants manage their own diabetes through education that supports healthy lifestyle behaviors. It is completely free. Family & friends are also invited. Please join us in the fun informative exchange sessions.
