No complaints.
Very good overall.
Consultation experience excellent.
The experience was very clear, concise and developed a better understanding of the process.
really value the doctor/s I meet with here, they take their time to explain each step and what's normal to expect during the process and helpful tips to consider during my treatment
I ended up spending most of my time with the fellow. She was very nice but not particularly informed about my condition and I had to explain several things to her. she was pleasant, but not well-informed.
Dr. Singh was very easy to talk to and understood my concerns.
Gave me generic information rather then information tailored to my sleep test.
They were excellent.
All questions were fully answered and clearly explained.
Excellent responsive care, caring, thoughtful approach by Fellow and Attending physicians.
Well done!
I had no worries, so again, there was no applicable answer to question 3 in this section.
This doctor is absolutely incredible. He is caring, thorough, kind, listens
Dr. Cheng, embodied all of the positive attributes one would desire in a physician. She was, professional but friendly, caring and clearly concerned about my welfare. You need more doctors like her.
Dr. Kushida was using his computer for most of our meeting. He hardly made eye contact.
He wouldn't leave the room until he was sure I understood what was happening and why.
Dr. Kushida made me feel that my questions were unfounded and that he did not have time for me. He was in a hurry to leave the room as I tried to ask him about the pros & cons of having a sleep apnea test at home vs. at Stanford clinic. Dr. Kushida
Very good experience.
Dr. kushita is first rate.
Follow-up by doctor w/i 24-48 hrs. did not happen - took a few weeks to hear back from them.
Very good!
Dr. Kuchida is amazing. He cut through to the problem and solved it in under five minutes calling the sleep dentist and getting an appointment scheduled. He is just plain cool!!! The younger doctor did not look at me when she talked to me. She was smart, knowledgeable & I assume caring, but she did not have info @ the sleep dentist. I found her failure to look at me and her failure to just say - "I don't know, let's ask/do X to find out. Quite off-putting.
The doctor's assistant spent a fair amount of time with me. The main doctor spent about 7 minutes with me. I don't think that is sufficient time.
Dr. Kushida is great. Calm, relaxed, to the point. Took the time to research my problem and resolved my issue.
physician was stone cold. No empathy. Barely wanted to talk to me. poorly explained options. I brought in lots of prior records Spent most of time reviewing those, and inputting his notes. Should have been asked to forward records prior to appointment and use appt. time to communicate with patient.
Dr. Kushida was very kind. But it was Dr. Christopher Nguyen that was mostly dealt with and he was VERY understanding of our situation; what could & could not be accomplished with our son (disabled); and prescribed the only course of action that was reasonable. Very good doctor.
Left confused. Like I was a statistic in and out.
Dr. Singh was extremely patient, helpful, and easy to talk to. He showed concern for my issues and made an effort to answer all of my questions. Would absolutely visit the sleep clinic again based on this interaction.
Clean, concerned, knowledgeable very helpful.
Dr. was kind & patient. Would be a good fit for other clients without narcolepsy.
Thorough process and professional follow-up.
Excellent service with dr. Horrible experience with lady @ checkout & scheduling appt.
I am very fortunate to be under the care of Dr. Kushida. he is a very knowledgeable doctor who explained to me the terms I couldn't understand on my sleep study results. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He did not rush the visit, he spent a good amount of time w/me.
Dr. was thorough and patient with my questions.
outstanding experience
Dr. Matthew Chow and Dr. Anthony Kushida were very professional, caring and attentive to my needs and answered my questions and concerns in detail.
Excellent - experience was very thorough.
A+.
I was impressed and pleased that I never felt rushed. He took plenty of time to answer all my questions and discuss options.
Very very good dr. Stanford Bay always had & will always have awesome well educated Dr.
I have the utmost confidence and trust in Dr Kushida and his health plan for me
Overall we was good. First seen by Dr. Ashbrook, then Koshida. Felt a lack of urgency in solving problem for better or worse; but were very competent and knowledgeable. Overall 8/10.
Excellent intake by fellow MD. Almost overly courteous! Listened well. EXTREMELY brief visit with attending - showed concern & next steps. Was afraid to guess at source of problem.
Provider left me quickly without explain next step, or without making sure next step was followed. I felt be dealt with like a junk!
I like this guy a lot. I feel confident in him.
DRs. are very caring, understanding, compassionate, professional.
Concern by referring dr. were NOT addressed.
Good experience.
Good.
Did not get the help I needed to use the CPAP mask effectively - sent me to Apria office where they did not provide needed help either.
